BUFFALO BURGERS!!!
 Tyler
Green still sucks.
The Barons EXPLODED on Tim Drew for 8 runs over 5 innings, including a huge 7
run outburst in the 1st inning. Here's a brief rundown of that "frame"
(Westling-ese): Doster single, Schall single, Pritchett RBI single, Perez walk,
David Francia 2-RBI single, Cesar King reached on error with a run scoring, and
Rollins' 3-run BLAST to right-center. Speaking of Francia, he was a quick
learner tonight, going 2-2 with a walk and reaching on an error. Pritchett seems
to like playing on the road, as he had 2 RBI. Gene Schall put himself in the Red
Baron record book tonight with the 284th RBI of his Red Baron career, way to go
Gene!! Reggie Taylor added a solo shot late in the game, his 7th of the year.
As far as pitching, Mark Brownson pitched well through 6 innings, but faltered
in the 7th when Barry Johnson came in to play Gandhi. He shut the door on a
Buffalo rally in the 7th, and deserved to get the save, but Bombard put Kirk
Bullinger in the game in the 9th to get some time in. For Buffalo, Drew got
shelled. The real highlight was when Tyler Green came in to pitch in the 8th
inning. He still sucks. Even Westling was tearing into him about his spring
training fiasco in Kansas City. Maybe his ERA will go over 10 from tonight, who
knows? Couldn't happen to a better team, as far as myself and all Red Baron fans
are concered.
Hmm, I was just thinking about something...Clemente Alvarez plus Robert Dodd
minus Kenny Woods equals SEAN FESH!! Think about it~! And George Gilbert looked
forlorn when Dodd was pitching last night!
