OH MY GOD!! WE CAN'T BE STOPPED!

Tyler Green improved to (3-3) by pitching a scoreless 8th inning!!! We accumulated 8 more 7th/8th runs, it's incredible!!! So much was said on the main page, I'll just get into statistical analysis.

ARKANSAS BLASTS!

STEVE CARVER hit a solo homer in the 8th inning that HIT THE TOP OF FANOVISION!!!! He was 3-4
MATT GUILIANO hit his 2nd homer, a 2-run shot in the 7th!!!! Matt was also 3-4!!
LOU LUCCA had a crushing blow that put the game out of reach. A 3 run double that scored McMillon, Lovullo, and Burton!!!

ERA DROP ALERTS!!!!

What a way for our high-priced talent to come through!!!
FESH 3.83 ----->3.64
Green 6.91 -----> 6.68
Ryan 6.04 -----> 5.83
GOOD JOB GREENRYAN!

HECKLING WAS KEY!

We layed into Romano, Bogott and Mann to the tune of 9 runs in 3 innings!!! And the Megster got to witness it firsthand!!!! Hey, I'm 18, gimme a call, just jokin Sean!
Hmm, I was just thinking about something...Lou Lucca plus Casey Blake = Ryan Minor. Think about it~! And George Gilbert looked like Santa in the desert when some crybaby fans made us not wave the signs, we know it wasn't your fault George!...But we were welcomed by other great fans who appreciate our brand of Fandom!

Oh, what a night! The Barons come back once again in the bottom of the 7th
and 8th innings to defeat the Syracuse Skychiefs (brought to you by Kost Tire
and Muffler) by the final of 9-4. Here are my insightful ramblings about the
game:

STEVE CARVER IS OUR POWER PROSPECT!!!!! He crushed one.... ok actually, he
DEMOLISHED a Bogott offering DEEP to center field. IT HIT THE TOP OF
FANOVISION!!!!! We're talking 470 feet, people!!! It was the run that put
the Barons ahead for good, and it was Steve's 2nd homer in as many nights!!

We mustn't overlook another unlikely blast tonight coming from the bat of our
not-so-powerful prospect Matt Guiliano. His 2nd dinger of the year couldn't
have come at a better time! He had made 3 errors in the previous inning (see
the boner award tonight) and he needed to redeem himself. As John Davies put
it, "I said to myself, he better take his head out of his ass on this pitch!"
His shot would have hit the top of Fanovision had it been located in the
left-center power alley.

Okay, tonight's Trojan Boner of the Game Award goes to Matt Guiliano for his
6th inning. He committed 3 errors that allowed the runs to score. Even
though he redeemed himself later on, he still gets the award. Honorable
mention goes to Marc Bombard for being dehydrated again or something.

Barry Johnson had a no-hitter through 5 innings! Much better than Shumaker
could have done against Syracuse, that's for sure! And FESH came in to stop
the bleeding in the 6th and 7th! That means a big ERA drop alert for Sean!
It's about time we pitched him! Maybe it's cause LeBoeuf was managing.

START CLEMENTE ALVAREZ!!! We don't need Estalella to have the support of
ROD!!! Rod is on tomorrow and so is Clemente!!!!

Let's take these last 2 from the Skychiefs and build a cushion going into the
Carolina road trip!!! We will emerge from the road trip atop the division
for good!!! I DRIVE A BUICK REGAL AND THE REBATES KICKED ASS!!!!

That's my two cents, gang. And always remember, enjoy the FESHtival.
